From 0436 GMT to 0540 GMT on 28th Oct.
Some customers may have received intermittent errors to their Email and Phone validation queries during this time. This was the result of a single faulty backend server that was not removed from rotation, and continued to serve errors to customers. The issue was fixed, and changes to the logic have been made to ensure this issue does not happen again
