As a customer of version 2 of our Data Validation for Microsoft Dynamics solution, we’re getting in touch to let you know that we’re adding new IP addresses to support this product. We require you to update your network configuration to support the new IP addresses and ensure service continuity.

What's happening?

As part of our work to improve our cloud performance and scaling, we are switching the back-end technology used for routing validation requests. As a result, new IP addresses will be added to support this product. We’re asking you to update your network configuration by Friday 31st May 2024 to ensure your service is uninterrupted. There are various benefits to updating your network, such as:

• Enhanced performance during peak periods, as traffic will be routed to the most optimal endpoint or IP more quickly
• Improved security
• Streamlined connectivity to future Experian Data Quality solutions
• Faster onboarding to other data quality solutions as no additional whitelisting will be required

Please be assured that no changes are being made to the functionality of the product itself, therefore no product configuration changes are required.

What do I need to do?

If you currently have a whitelist in place for outbound access, you will need to update your network configuration to allow communication with the IP addresses below by Friday 31st May 2024. These are in addition to any Experian IP addresses that you currently have whitelisted.
