This is to notify customers of a performance upgrade to "EDQ for MS Dynamics", scheduled for 16/01/2023 between 0700-0800 UTC.

What are we changing?
We’re always working to improve the performance and reliability of our products, and we’ve identified an opportunity to upgrade some of our behind the scenes technology.

What does this mean for me?
The change will deliver higher up time availability for our hosted solution – that’s greater stability to validate contact data through peak volume periods like Cyber Week and Christmas, and quieter times too!

Do I need to do anything?
Yes. We’ll need you to whitelist the following IP addresses in addition to any existing whitelisted addresses, to ensure you don’t experience any connection issues once the upgrade is in place:

45.60.32.212
45.60.33.210
45.60.34.212
45.60.35.210
45.60.36.212
45.60.37.210
45.60.38.212
45.60.39.210
45.60.40.212

The upgrade will take place on 16/01/2023 so please ensure the above addresses are whitelisted by 13/01/2023.

What will happen if I don’t whitelist the IP addresses?
Without the addresses whitelisted you may be unable to connect to our hosted service, and so unable to use the Data Validation solution. We therefore strongly encourage you to complete the whitelisting at your earliest convenience.
