Planned maintenance to the Experian Self Service Portal will be happening in the early morning of Wednesday, April 24th. We predict only very limited intermittent impact during this 1-hour maintenance window, but you may notice Credit Balances being displayed incorrectly during this time. Our recommendation would be to retry one hour later once the maintenance window has concluded.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. The maintenance is not expected to extend outside of this window or affect usage of our API products.
