As a further update, post incident, Experian can confirm that new, improved routing has been enabled, meaning we are now returning live-status for Telstra mobiles in Australia. The route is no longer set to MCC MNC only.

An industry wide change has affected routing for Telstra mobiles in Australia. This route is set to MCC MNC only and we cannot provide the connectivity status for numbers belonging to this Network Operator. In this instance, all valid mobile numbers will be flagged as LIVE.

We are working to resolve this at the highest priority.
