EDQ (North America) have planned system maintenance for EDQ SFTP servers beginning on Friday, May 1, 2020 at 8 AM ET which may last for as long as 48 hours.

Maintenance window start time: Friday, May 1, 2020 at 8 AM ET

Expected duration: up to 48 hours

Products affected: SFTP sites

Impact: SFTPs will be unavailable at this time.

In addition, new IP addresses will be assigned to these servers. Please coordinate with your IT department to have these IP addresses whitelisted in advance of May 1 to limit any disruption. Below are the affected SFTP endpoints and their new IP addresses:
